The apartment is located in the southern end, i.e. very close to the center. 2 min walk to the next bus / tramway station. 6 min walk each to (2 different) metro stations. You can reach the central railway station in about 10 min and the international airport in less than 30 min by public transport. 8 min walking distance to the center of the city (Konstablerwache). Dozens of discounters and (organic) supermarkets and plenty of bars, restaurants, clubs in the neighbourhood.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles / Paare. (Bett 1,40 x 2,00 m). Für (2er) WGs müsste ein weiteres Bett besorgt werden; was mit ein bisschen Vorlauf problemlos machbar wäre.
