Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für die Wohnung meiner Cousine ab sofort bis Ende März 2017. Sie befindet sich am Merianplatz, von dem man nur eine Station von der Konstablerwache entfernt ist. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man 6 Minuten mit der U-Bahn. In die Innenstadt läuft man 10 Minuten, zur neuen EZB dauert es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bergerstraße, eine beliebte Ausgeh- und Einkaufsstraße, befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und fast komplett mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Ich suche dementsprechend eine Zwischenmieterin, die mit allen Sachen sehr pfleglich umgeht. Es handelt sich um eine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Platz für bis zu vier Leuten, da die Couch im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa ist. Der neue Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist ein absoluter Mädchentraum mit ganz viel Platz für Klamotten, Schals und Schmuck. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kann man die Skyline sehen, während die Küche und das Schlafzimmer einen Blick auf die neue EZB bieten. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls Teil der Wohnung. Die Küche ist komplett mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, einen Backofen gibt es auch.

Es gibt einen Wäschekeller mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheleine, der allen Hausbewohnern kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht.

I am looking for a woman to take over my cousin's apartment from now on until end of March 2017. The apartment is located at Merianplatz, only one station from Konstablerwache and four stations (6 minutes) from Frankfurt main station. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center and 15 minutes to the new ECB. The famous Berger street is right in front of the door, It is known for nice shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is newly renovated and is almost entirely newly furnished. I am, therefore, looking for someone who treats all things very carefully. It is a two-room apartment meaning that it has one bedroom and one living room besides the bathroom, kitchen and the balcony. There is space for up to four people as the sofa in the living room is a fold-out sofa. The new closet in the sleeping room is a girl's dream with plenty of space for cloths, scarves, and jewelries. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. an oven. While one can see the new ECB from the sleeping room and from the kitchen, from the living room there is a good view at Frankfurt's skyline.

In the basement, one can use the washing machine and peg out washing free of charge.
