wir suchen für unsere helle und gemütliche Wohnung, in der es an nichts zum Leben mangelt, eine*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Am liebsten für die gesamten 3,5 Wochen. Aber es würde auch wochenweise gehen. Preis pro Woche wäre dann 350 Euro.
Der Stellplatz für das Auto ist inklusive und hat sich als sehr vorteilhaft herausgestellt :-)
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ist schön hell und hat ein Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer noch eine gemütliche Couch. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und im Grunde kann alles genutzt werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es diverse in 5 Gehminuten. Ausserdem ist die U5 (zum HBF in 8 Minuten) 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
