Da ich ab Juli 2020 unterwegs sein werde, möchte ich gerne zwei vollmöblierte Zimmer meiner 3- Zimmer-Wohnung für 5 Monate vermieten (ich werde nicht da sein).
Meine Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und befindet sich im angesagten Nordend in Frankfurt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fachhochschule. Die Innenstadt und Bornheim Mitte, wo zweimal die Woche ein kleiner Wochenmarkt stattfindet, sind nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.Stock, ist sehr hell, die zwei zu vermietenden Zimmer inklusive Küche und Bad sind ca. 55 qm groß. Das Wohnzimmer (welches auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann) hat einen Balkon.
My flat is completely furnished and situated in the trendy Nordend in Frankfurt. The university of applied sciences is in immediate distance. The city center and Bornheim Mitte, where a little weekly market takes place, is just a short walk away.
The flat is situated on the third floor, it is very bright, the 2 available rooms inclusive kitchen and bathroom are about 55 qm, and the living room (which could also be used as a second bedroom) has a lovely quiet balcony. During the sublease period, I won't be living in the apartment.
Die Verkehrsanbindung der Wohnung ist sehr gut (Bus 30 und 32, sowie Straßenbahnlinien 12 und 18, (quasi vor der Haustür). Auch ist die U-Bahnlinie 5 nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Denn’s) in der Nähe.
The public transportation connection is excellent (Bus Number 30 and 32, as well as the tramline 12 and 18). The underground is 5 minute walking distance only.
There are a variety of supermarkets close by (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Denn’s).
Die Warmmiete inklusive Internet und GEZ beträgt 1200 € monatlich.
Sauberkeit und Rücksicht sind ein Muss. Es wird eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete zu Beginn fällig.
Ich suche ein oder zwei Zwischenmieter ab Juli 2020, der/die eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für mindestens 3 Monate sucht/suchen. Am liebsten für 5 Monate, bis maximal zum 30. November 2020.
Ganz gleich ob Du alleine oder Ihr zu zweit seid, ein Pärchen oder Freunde, ich freue mich über eine kurze Beschreibung Deiner Person bzw. über Euch und aus welchem Grund Du/ihr in Frankfurt bist/seid.

Cleanliness and respect for others are a Must. A rent deposit must be paid.
I am looking for one or two interim tenants from July 2020 on, who are looking for a sublease for min. 3 months. However, a full 5 months period is preferred (until 30.11.2020).
It does not matter if you are a single person who would like to apply, if you are a couple or just two friends, I would love to receive a brief description of yourself respectively of you and your partner or friend as well as the reason why you are staying in Frankfurt.
