Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und befindet sich in Nordend in der Nähe von der FH.
Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ohne Gegenüber. Wohnung optimal für eine Person
Da es Dachschräge gibt, ist die Wohnung optimal für jemanden, der nicht 1,90 m groß ist.
Eingang zu Schlafzimmer ist durch das Badezimmer.
Der Lage ist ideal. Die Ubahn U5, die Straßenbahn 12 und 18 sind erreichbar in weniger als 5 min zu Fuß, sowie der Bus 32 (Haltestelle vor der Tür). Mit dem Auto ist auch relativ einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden mit Bewohnerparkausweis.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe (Rewe, Penny, Lidl).
