ich suche für meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon im lebenswerten Nordend einen Untermieter vom 21/22.Januar bzw. 1.Februar 2023 bis Ende Mai.
Ich werde für diesen Zeitraum beruflich im Ausland sein und möchte meine Wohnung komplett möbliert untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wurde 2019 renoviert. Alles ist in top Zustand.
Die Wohnung liegt im belebten Nordend. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants und Bars.
Genauso wie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Aldi, REWE, Penny oder der Bio-Laden.
Zur U-Bahn U5 sind es zu Fuß knapp 4 Minuten.
In 10min ist man zu Fuß an der Konstablerwache.
Ich suche nach einem vertrauenswürdigen und sauberen Untermieter, der meine persönlichen Möbel vernünftig behandelt.
