Die Wohnung ist im 3.Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Der Balkon liegt zu einem Hof nach hinten raus. Er ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. In der Wohnung wurde bei meinem Einzug schöner PVC Boden in Dielenoptik verlegt, sowie das komplette Bad neu ausgestattet (Waschbecken, Badewanne und Kloschüssel). Ich gebe ungern diese Wohnung auf, vor allem weil sie so fantastisch gelegen ist, aber meine Traum-Altbau-Wohnung ist endlich da ;)

Die Küche wird leer übergeben,wobei ich noch überlegen die Arbeitsfläche samt Waschbecken und Unterschränken bei Bedarf und Gefallen drinnen zulassen...
Allerdings nehme ich alle Elektrogeräte auf jeden Fall mit in meine neue Wohnung!
Ansonsten, wenn Interesse besteht muss eine Selbstauskunft angefüllt werden die der Hausverwaltung vorgelegt wird. Diese entscheidet auch wer die Wohnung letztendlich bekommt!
