Super zentrale Lage im besten Nordend zwischen Oederweg und Eschersheimer Landstr. in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. 3 Min. zur Haltestelle Grüneburgweg (U1,U2,U3,U8 Abfahrt Richtung City ca. alle 2 Min.), ca. 8 Min. zur Haltestelle Musterschule (U5). 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zur Hauptwache, 4 Min. zum Rewe, 3 Min. zum Alnatura.

As I will be travelling for a longer period I am offering my wonderful apartment (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony, appr. 62 qm) as sublease.I just moved in in June, so it is newly renovated as well. Apartment is fully furnished, s. pictures. Bedlinen, towels, iron, kitchen supplies etc. will be left in the apartment. Bike can be left as well.
Very central, but quiet location in the Nordend between Oederweg and Eschersheimer Landstr. Only 3 minutes by foot to reach the subway Grüneburgweg (U1,U2,U3,U8, leaves appr. every 2 minutes in the direction of the city center), appr.. 8 min. to the subway station Musterschule (U5). 10-15 min by foot to Hauptwache and Alte Oper, 4 min to the supermarket Rewe, 3 min to Alnatura.
Sublease period: 27.09. - 29.12.2017 (rent before 01.10.2017 will not be charged, date of apartment take over and end term can be discussed).
