Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten für Paare oder Familien mit einem Kind (mit 2 Kindern wird es wahrscheinlich zu eng).
Die Wohnung hat viele Highlights:
- 3 helle Wohnräume, 2 größere und einen kleineren Raum. Letztere bietet sich perfekt als Gäste-/Büro-/Kinderzimmer an.
- 2 Bäder, je eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne. Ein Bad haben wir als Gäste Bad genutzt.
- Gaaanz viel Stauraum: 2 Abstellkammern in der Wohnung, 2 weitere Abstellkammern auf dem Dachboden.
- Platz für Waschmaschine und Trockner in einer der Abstellkammern in der Wohnung
- kleiner Balkon
- tolle Einbauküche (gegen Abstand!)
- nette Nachbarn
Einzugstermin ist Mitte Dezember.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Nordend, top angebunden zum ÖPNV, vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten, etc. und trotzdem ruhig.
Abstand für Einbauküche (super Zustand), Rollos, Plissees, Vorhänge, Bad-Spiegel, etc 3500 EUR. Das ist ein fairer Preis und nicht verhandelbar.
Die 60 EUR unter "sonstige Kosten" beziehen sich auf den monatlichen Stromabschlag.
