Schöne zentrale Wohnung im Nordend / Nice centrale flat in nordend

Ich vermiete meine 51 qm Wohnung in der Zeit vom 15.02. - 08.04.2019, da ich in dieser Zeit im Ausland bin. Ich bin sehr daran interessiert jemanden zu finden, der die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum nehmen würde.

Die Lage im Frankfurt Nordend ist perfekt, sehr zentral mit vielen Läden, Bars, Restaurants. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (U-Bahn), nur eine Station von Konstablerwache entfernt. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig in einer Einbahnstraße gelegen, in der wenig Verkehr herrscht.

Ich bin erst vor kurzem eingezogen, die Wohnung ist also noch recht frisch renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat alles was man braucht, eine große Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer mit Soda und großem Tisch, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160cm breiten Bett, und einem kleinen Flur mit Garderobe. Alle Zimmer haben ein Fenster. Das Wohnzimmer hat sogar eine ganze Fensterfront mit Französischem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock. WLAN ist inkl.

Ich werde eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete (860€) nehmen (die Hälfte wird beim Unterzeichnen des Mietvertrags und die andere Hälfte beim Einzug fällig), diese kann ich bei einem kurzfristigen Rückzug nicht zurückerstatten.

Die kompletten Mietkosten für den Zeitraum betragen 1.500€.

I am renting my 51sqm flat out from the 15th of February 2019 until 8th of april 2019 while I travel abroad. I am interested to have someone take over the whole time I am away.

It is perfectly situated in Frankfurt Nordend, very central with lots of shops, bars, restaurants within a few meters reach. Public transport is available within a few meters (U-Bahn), just 1 station from Konstablerwache. The flat is situated in a on-way road with few traffic, so its calm at night.

I have recently moved into this flat and renovated and furnished it. It has all the amenities, this include a big kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a washer, a living room with table and sofa, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a small corridor with wardrobe. All Rooms have a window. The Living room has a fresh balcony. The flat is on the first floor. WIFI is included.

I will require one month deposit (860€) (half to be paid upon agreement and half to be paid on the day you move in), as I cannot afford to have someone cancelling last minute.

The lease costs for the whole time are 1.500€.
