Die Wohnung in Hochparterre hat 4 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und 2 Balkone. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit Gästesofa. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem absolut zentral in der Innenstadt. Sie ist ideal für zwei Paare oder eine Familie, die einige Wochen in Frankfurt verbringen wollen und Wert auf eine schöne, gepflegte Umgebung legen.

Die Lage ist zentral: die Innenstadt ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Uni, Bahnhof, Theater, Oper etc sind ebenfalls in ca 10 Minuten u erreichen. Das Viertel ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und doch mitten in der Stadt, Altbauten, Gärten, viele Cafes und Geschäfte. Im Moment wohl das begehrteste Wohnviertel in Frankfurt. (Sicher auch für Frankfurt-Besucher interessant.)
