Die Wohnung zeichnet sich sowohl durch ihre sehr gute Lage als auch durch ihre lichtdurchfluteten Räume aus. Insgesamt gibt es drei Schlafzimmer (ein Elternschlafzimmmer und zwei Kinderzimmer), Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und separate Küche alle erschlossen über den zentralen Flur mit Badezimmer und separatem WC.
Our flat is the top floor of a 19th century house in Frankfurt's Nordend. It combines a great location with light and sunny spaces. It comprises 3 bedrooms (one principle bedroom and two children's rooms), a living room, dining room and separate kitchen all accessed from a central hallway along with a bathroom and separate WC.
Das Frankfurter Nordend ist eines der schönsten Stadtteile von Frankfurt. Hier kann man gut wohnen, aber gleichzeitig gibt es eine große Anzahl an guten Restaurants, kleinen Bars und schönen Läden.
Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen (oder zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn), der Bahnhof, Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle schnell mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar.
Frankfurts Nordend is the one of the most comfortable yet vibrant areas of the city, a principally residential area dotted with good restaurants, small bars and specialist boutiques. Our street is a hotspot of activity with a vibrant streeetlife and some of the best cafes in Frankfurt. The city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk away (or two metro stops) all the city's major museums and attractions are easily reachable with public transport.
Da wir als Familie für fünf Monate beruflich ins Ausland gehen, möchten wir unsere Familienwohnung von Anfang April bis Ende August 2023 untervermieten. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Die Betriebskosten, Heizung, Strom und Internet sind in den Gesamtkosten enthalten.
Since we are going abroad with our family for five month, we are looking to sublet our family flat from April to August 2023. The flat will be rented out furnished. All costs (heating, electricity, Wifi) are included in the overall price.
