Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und verfügt über 3 Zimmer (Wohn-, Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer), eine Küche mit allen erforderlichen Geräten, einen Abstellraum und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Vom Flur aus sind alle 3 Zimmmer separat begehbar. Optimal für Paare oder für Singles. Ein Balkon gehört leider nicht zur Wohnung.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 3 rooms (living room, bedroom and study), a kitchen with all necessary appliances, a storage room and a daylight bathroom with bathtub. From the hallway all 3 rooms are separately accessible. Optimal for couples or for singles. A balcony unfortunately does not belong to the apartment.

Im Herzen vom Nordend gelegen, sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt, ein Kiosk ist direkt um die Ecke. Zum Friedberger Platz oder auf die Bergerstraße sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es nur 2 Stationen bis zur Konstabler Wache.
The location could not be better.
Located in the heart of Nordend, all stores of daily needs are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, a kiosk is just around the corner. To the Friedberger Platz or to the Bergerstraße it is also only a few minutes walk. By tram it is only 2 stops to Konstabler Wache.
Ich habe die Wohnung selbst erst vor kurzem bezogen, werde aber für mehrere Wochen im Ausland sein. Daher vermiete ich die Wohnung für die Zeit unter. (Die Bilder sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell, aber neue Bilder folgen bald).
Die Wohnung kann frühstens zum 27.08. bezogen werden (Einzug spätestens zum 31.08.) und steht bis zum 08.10. zur Verfügung. Der Auszug ist hintenraus aber flexibel und kann auch verschoben werden, sodass die Wohnung auch bei Bedarf im Oktober zur Verfügung steht.
Mit den Vermietern ist alles besprochen und es müsste ein Zwischenmietvertrag geschlossen und eine Kaution hinterlegt werden.

I have recently moved into the apartment myself, but will be abroad for several weeks. Therefore, I want to give the chance to rent the apartment during the time I will be abroad. (The pictures are not quite up to date, but new ones will follow soon).
Move in between 27.08. and no later than 31.08.
Move out 07.10. but the date is flexible and can also be postponed, so that the apartment is also available in October if needed.
Everything has been discussed with the landlords and an interim rental agreement would have to be concluded and a deposit would have to be paid. "Anmeldung" is possible.
