Biete ruhige Wohnung (2 fast gleich große Zimmer, ca. 65qm, Balkon, Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, moderne Einbauküche) im Nordend für 795 EUR (kalt). U5 Glauburgstrasse in einer Minute zu Fuss zu erreichen. Aldi, Penny und Rewe gleich um die Ecke!!! Die Parkplatzsituation ist außerdem gar nicht so schlecht, wie alle immer meinen.
Die Wohnung wird aufgrund einer WG Auflösung frei und kann komplett ab 1.2.2012 gemietet werden. Ein Zimmer (Bild 1, 16 qm) sollte schon ab 1.1.2012 für 480 Euro angemietet werden, da ich sonst doppelt Miete zahlen müsste. Hier könnte man z.B. schon ein paar Sachen einlagern aber auch gerne drin wohnen :).
