Ich bin für drei Wochen in Urlaub. Somit lasse ich all meine Sachen hier. Du kannst gerne alles mitbenutzen. Ich würde mich freuen wenn du ab und an meine Pflanzen gießt und sorgsam mit meinen Sachen umgehst.
Rauchen bitte nur auf dem Balkon und keine Haustiere.
Offiziell gar nich wirklich in Frankfurt. Aber wenn du willst bist du zu Fuß in 20 min in Oberrad.
Ich würde dir jedoch den Zug vom Hbf empfehlen, dort ist es ein stop nach ffm Süd.
Die Bushaltestelle Klinikum west befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Und auch ohne Anwohnerparkausweis findet man immer einen Parkplatz.
Die Miete ist vor dem Einzugsdatum zu zahlen, mit Abschluss des Untermietvertrages. Die Kaution dann bei Einzug.
Eine offizielle Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
