Furnished apartment near ECB (Ostend) for rent for a limited time period in early 2018

We would like to sublet our 2 room apartment in Ostend from January 21 until April 9 as we will be traveling abroad. Both, the house and the apartment have been completely refurbished recently and are in a very good condition (see pictures).You'll have a living room, a balcony, a kitchen (incl. dishwasher, washing machine/dryer), a bedroom (160 cm bed) and a bathroom all to yourself. It comes fully furnished with all linen, towels and kitchen equipment, pots and pants provided. No need to bring anything apart from your personal belongings.

The location of the house is quite convenient, just across the street from the ECB and opposite a REWE supermarket. There is a drugstore (dm), a pharmancy and two nice restaurants in the same complex and just 300 meters away you'll find a car rental company (Buchbinder). Public transport is just as close with Ostendstraße (S-Bahn), Ostbahnhof (trains) and the tram stop pretty much next door. If you are working in the city, this is hard to beat!

We are looking for a realiable person or couple that we can trust as some of our furniture and personal stuff will remain in the apartment and we are only subletting. Regarding the exact moving in/out dates, we are flexible and might be able to accomodate shorter and maybe slightly longer periods. The apartment is not suitable as a shared flat (WG) unfortunately.
