Ich suche für eine WG (grosse Altbauwohnung in Frankfurt-Praunheim) eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, Alter ca. 25 - 30. Der Raum ist ca. 12 qm groß und die Miete beträgt 370 EUR inkl. der Nebenkosten. Die große Küche und alle Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.) können genutzt werden, ebenso ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Bad (mit Wanne) teilst Du Dir mit einer weiteren Person. Es gibt zwei weiteren Mitbewohner (männlich, 26 und 31) und eine Katze. Ich selbst bin nur unter der Woche hin und wieder da.
Ein wichtiger Hinweis: unsere Wohnung hat leider kein WLAN.

I am looking for a lodger (age approx 25 - 30) in my apartment in Frankfurt-Praunheim. The room is about 12 square meters and the rent is 370 EUR all inclusive. We have a large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. which can be used by everyone, as well as the large living room. You will share a bathroom with one other person.
There are two lodgers living (male, 26 and 31) - plus out cat! I myself am only there from time to time.
Important note: unfortunately there is no wifi.
Zwei Dinge musst Du wissen:
1. Das hier ist kein vornehmes Ambiente. Wir leben sehr malerisch in einer ehemaligen Ziegelei am Rand der Stadt, und deshalb sind wir
2. nicht supergut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten zur U-Bahn, Auto oder Fahrrad wären also von Vorteil. Parkplätze gibt es immer direkt vor dem Haus und auch an der U-Bahn. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in Laufweite.
Two things you need to know:
1. this is not a posh place. It is quite picturesque, a former brickyard on the outskirts of the city.
2. our connection to public transport isn`t great. It is a 15/20 minutes walk to the U-Bahn, so a car or a bike would be an advantage. There is always parking directly in front of the house and also at the U-Bahn. A large supermarket is nearby.
