Your room is unfurnished and is located in the top floor with a personal bathroom including a shower a toilet and a bathtub. The cost for the utilities are charged per person.

Du bekommst hier mehr als bei einer herkömmlichen Wohnung, folgende Dinge werden nämlich von allen mitbenutzt:
Gäste WC, ausgestattete Küche,Terasse, Garten, Kellervorraum , Waschraum mit -maschine und -ständer, geräumiges Wohn/Esszimmer mit großem Tisch und Fernsehr mit Netflix und Co.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und hat einen eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Klo und Badewanne. Die Nebenkosten werden pro Person berechnet.
Bei Fragen einfach anrufen oder auf Whatsapp oder SMS oder Signal schreiben.

The house is in a quiet area even though its only 2 mins away from the U5 Trainstaion "Sigmund-Freud-Straße". However you don't really hear the train.
The U5 train takes you in 15 mins directly to the city center.
REWE, Aldi, Netto, lidl, Penny and DM are in walking distance.
Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist 2 mins von der U5 Haltestelle Sigmund-Freud-Straße entfehrt, trotzdem hört man die Bahn nicht. Der Zug bringt dich un 15 min in das Zentrum.
REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Netto und DM sind fußläufig erreichbar.

We are an employee for the "zoologische Gesellschaft", a geolegist/it woman and a freelaner filmaker. We are between 27 and 33 years old and we are looking for two other lovely and intresting human beings to join us in our house. We are not a just living side by side. We want to live together and share stories and knowlege. Anything is possible if you ask.
Wir sind sind eine Mitarbeiterin bei der Zoologischen Gesellschaft, eine Geologin/ IT-lerin und ein freiberuflicher Filmem acher. Wir sind zwischen 27 und 33 Jahre alt und suchen zwei weiteren Menschen in unserem Haus. Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Wir wollen zusammenleben und neben dem Lebensraum den wir Teilen, auch unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Auch wenns mittlerweile zu inflationär benutzt wird, frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss.
