The apartment is located at Schneckenhofstr 17, in Sachsenhausen. It is a great location, only five minutes to Schweizer Platz Ubahn station (U3 and U8), and to the restaurants in Schweizer Straße. It is also three blocks from the river.
The contract is done directly with the apartment owners (no provision), which are a very nice elderly couple. Also, the owners speak English fluently, so anything that might need to be dealt can be discussed in english. In the almost three years I lived here, I have never had any trouble with the owners, nor the neighbors.
About the furnishing, the apartment comes with a queen size bed, sofa-bed, wardrobe, stove, fridge, dinner table, and bookcase. There is plenty of room for your own stuff as well (I for instance added a couple of things, which I might be willing to leave (free) to the next tenant if he/she is interested).
Great location, 5 minute walk to Ubahn station, with access to U1, U2, U3, and U8. Also 5 minutes yo Schweizer platz, and Schweizer Str. where some of the most famous, and traditional restaurqnts of Frankfurt serve the well known Apfelwein.
Walking distance to many supermarket (Rewe), Woolworth, different Apothekes, DM, and many bakeries.
