Guten Tag zusammen,
da ich bereits schon ausgezogen bin und meine Kündigungsfrist bis zum 31.05.15 noch läuft, biete ich die Wohnung noch zur Zwischenmiete an.
Durch das, dass ich schon ausgezogen bin, befindet sich die Wohnung im leeren Zustand.
Auf Wunsch könnte ich jedoch das nötigste bereitstellen, wie z.B TV, Luftmatratze, Küchengeschirr etc. (was man nun so benötigt)
Die Wohnung könnte absofort vermietet werden (Zwischenmiete).
