Eure zukünftige Wohnung ist 54pm groß,die einzelnen Zimmer jeweils 13 qm. Da diese aber sehr gut geschnitten sind, passt alles rein was man so braucht. Wegen der großen Fenster ist das Zimmer auch sehr hell.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Herd inklusive Ofen, einem Kühlschrank, einer Waschmaschine und Verstauungsmöglichkeiten. Dafür würden wir einen Abschlag von 100€ verlangen.
Your future flat is 54 qm, the 2 rooms are each 13 qm. The rooms are well cut, so you can easily fit all necessary items in there. Due to the big windows, the rooms as well as the kitchen are very light.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven including a stove, a fridge and a washing machine. We would ask for €100 for the kitchen items.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt vor unserer Haustür liegt der Main und der Eiserne Steg. In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Konstablerwache oder die Hauptwache. Direkt um die Ecke liegt das Kneipenviertel "Altsache", Lärm kommt von dort aber nicht in die Wohnung. Zwei Geh- Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleinerer Supermarkt der zum schnellen Einkauf allemal ausreicht, für einen größeren Einkauf befinden sich mehrere REWE und ein Aldi in jeweils 7-10 Gehminuten Entfernung. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Schweizer-Platz (U1,2,3,8,) erreicht man in 7 Minuten, die U-Bahn Haltestelle Dom/Römer (U4/5) ebenfalls in 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt um die Ecke (2Minuten) findest du außerdem eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 30/36).
The flat is centrally located. The Main is right in front of your door and so is the "Eiserner Steg". In 10 minutes you can reach Konstablerwache as well as Hauptwache. Right around the corner you can find the area called "Altsachs" with many bars and also clubs. But its far enough away so no noise is coming from there. A two minute walk away you can find a Supermarket (Tegut) for other options there is an Aldi and a Rewe 10 minutes away by foot. The U-Bahn Station "Schweizerplatz" (U1,2,3,8) can be reached in 7 minutes by foot, The U-Bahn Station Dom/Römer (u4/5) also in about 7-8 minutes. There's also a Busstation (Linie 30/36) right around the corner.
