**Aufgrund häufiger Nachfragen: die Wohnung kann nur von Januar bis einschließlich Juni 2019 gemietet werden, leider nicht länger.
*Wir begeben uns auf eine längere Reise und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung unter, da wir auf jeden Fall hierher zurückkommen möchten.
Die Altbauwohnung hat auf insgesamt 65 m² eine große Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit „Frankfurter Bad“, d.h. Bade-/Duschwanne und Waschbecken befinden sich mit im Zimmer. Die Toilette ist separat über den Gang zu erreichen, der alle Türen verbindet. Die Größe eignet sich sehr komfortabel für 2 Personen. Aufgrund der Badezimmersituation ist die Wohnung allerdings eher nicht als WG geeignet.
Vermietet wird komplett möbliert und eingerichtet, sodass bis auf persönliche Gegenstände nichts mitgebracht werden muss. In der Küche sind Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, sämtliche Küchenutensilien und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Trocken-, Bügel- und Putzequipment können ebenso wie der Fernseher verwendet werden.

We’ll be travelling and are therefore subletting our flat, as we definitely like to come back to this place.
The flat in an old building has 65 m² with three big rooms, kitchen, living room and bed room. The bathroom is included in the bedroom, which is a feature of buildings of the early 20th century in the Frankfurt region. The toilet is separately accessible via a hallway, which connects all doors. The flat is comfortable suitable for 2 persons, but due to the bathroom situation not necessarily for a flat share.
We’ll sublet the flat fully furnished and equipped, therefore you’ll only need to bring your personal belongings. The kitchen provides an oven with stove tops, fridge, microwave, all kitchen utensils and a washing machine. Drying-, ironing- and cleaning equipment can be used as well as the TV.
*Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich in der Mitte der Schifferstraße und damit in bester Lage in Nord-Sachsenhausen. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Brückenviertels mit seinen Cafés, Bars und verschiedenen kleinen Läden, vielen Parks und dem Mainufer ist es eine sehr schöne Wohngegend. Auch das Alt-Sachsenhausen mit seinem bunten Nachtleben ist nicht weit, aber weit genug, dass man es nicht mitbekommt.
Zur Hauptwache oder Konstabler-Wache sind es 6-7 Minuten mit dem Rad, alternativ ist die U-Bahn-Station Schweizer Platz 5 Gehminuten entfernt, um im dichten Takt direkt zur Zeil zu kommen. Zum Hauptbahnhof schafft man es damit von der Tür bis zum Gleis in 20 Minuten. Auch die S-Bahn-Stationen Lokalbahnhof und Südbahnhof sind 6-8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Im Gebäude gegenüber befindet sich ein Tegut. Aldi, Rewe und dm sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
*Located in the middle of the Schifferstraße this flat in an old building has a perfect location in the district of northern Sachsenhausen. In immediate vicinity to many parks, cafés, bars, boutiques and of course the River Main it's a really nice place to live. Also the party area Alt-Sachenhausen is close by but far enough to sleep untroubedly.
The northern city center along the Zeil can be reached within 6-7 Minutes by bike or alternatively by underground, whereas the nearest station is a 5-minute-walk. You can get to the central station within 20 min, starting from the flat. The city train station Lokalbahnhof and Südbahnhof are also just 6-8 minutes’ walk away.
Besides a supermarket in the opposite building, there are a few more shopping possibilities within a few minutes on foot.
*Neben der Kaltmiete von 750 €/Monat und den Nebenkosten i.H.v. 50 €/Monat muss noch ein Strom- und Gas und ein Internetvertrag abgeschlossen werden. Erfahrungsgemäß kommt man damit auf monatliche Gesamtkosten von ca. 890 €.
