I am renting my flat out for a limited time while I travel abroad. I am interested to have someone take over the whole time I am away but this is negotiable.
I have recently moved into this flat and renovated and furnished it. It has all the amenities (mostly brand new). These include: a brand new kitchen, sofa, TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime), a separate bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed and plenty of storage space.
It is in the lively area of Alt Sachsenhausen with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a few meters reach. Public transport is available within a few meters (Bus) and only a 5 minutes walk to either S-Bahn or STR.
This is suitable for someone who is looking for a temporary accommodation until the new year. I will require one month deposit (half to be paid upon agreement and half to be paid on the day you move in), as I cannot afford to have someone cancelling last minute.
Please note that this is on 4th floor of an apartment without an escalator.
