I am leaving my current apartment as I will only live part-time in Frankfurt next year. It is a beautiful place on the 1st floor, there is a corridor in the entrance connecting with the different rooms. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a living room area - there used to be a wall between both, now there is a smaller separation (see pictures), a large kitchen (perfect for people who like to cook) and a bathroom with shower. The plombery has been entirely changed 2 years ago. All rooms are very large (overall 55m² of living space) and bright as there are large windows. There is also a storage room in the basement and a bicycle storage. The price of 850euros include all charges excl. electricity. The minimum duration of the contract is 24 months.
I am looking for a new tenant who will buy the furniture for 2,500euros, this part is non-negotiable as I will not need them anymore and there are many things (incl. washing machine, bed, couch, tables, chairs, mirror, clothes closet, carpets, lamps...)
The apartment is located in Sachsenhausen-Nord between Schweizer platz and Frankfurt Südbahnhof. Public transport (tram, bus, S-Bahn) is 1 to 5 minutes away. A Rewe, an Aldi, a DM, a bakery, restaurants, and a gym are right outside the door. The Main can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
The apartment is in a privileged location, very central and so close to everything. Sachsenhausen is a traditional and chic neighborhood with many nightlife or art/cultural options.
I am spending a lot of time abroad but I will be in Frankfurt for visits between the 29th of November and the 12th of December. The visits will have to take place after work hours between 19:00 and 20:30. Only by appointment.
