Hallo ihr Lieben,
mich hat es vorerst einmal nach Berlin verschlagen, sodass ich meine Wohnung gerne ab sofort untervermieten möchte. Bzgl. des Zeitraumes dachte ich erst einmal an Mitte/ Ende August, bin aber auch flexibel sie länger zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Zwei Zimmer sind mit einem Durchgang verbunden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, einer großen und super gemütlichen Couch, Esstisch und einem großen Kleiderschrank.
Außerdem hat sie sowohl Wasch- als auch Spülmaschine.
Zum Schweizer Platz sind es noch nichtmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Von dort aus fahren auch mehrere U-Bahn Linien. Der Südbahnhof mit Regionalbahnen/ Fernzügen etc. ist ca 7 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung.
In der Gegend findest du viele nette Cafes und auf der Schweizer Straße ein paar nette Boutiquen. Um am Main joggen zu gehen ist es auch nicht sehr weit.
