We moved into the flat beginning of this year and are now going to South America for some weeks. Therefore we are offering our flat for someone (single person or couple) looking for a place to stay in Frankfurt.
The flat was recently renovated and has brick building blocks which together with the mostly wooden furniture creates a loft-like atmosphere. From the living room we have a great view on the skyline and from the bedroom you can see the ECB.
The flat comprises one bedroom for 2 person and an open living/kitchen space, plus separated bathroom (shower & bath separate) and toilette. We recently put a lot of time and effort to make it a cozy place, therefore we search somebody who really takes care of our flat and furniture and also waters our few plants once in a while. Especially people who enjoy being close to the the city center, but also look for a nice place to relax, will be very happy with our place.
South station is approx 1 min by foot. You can catch the s-bahn, u-bahn as well as busses and trams there. U-bahn to the city center such as Hauptwache takes around 3-5min. Furthermore, the Schweizer Straße is known for its bars and restaurants. Lidl, Aldi and REWE (Hit) are all approx. 3-10 min by foot. In front of the south station you also find a local food market twice a week.
The flat is available for approx. 2.5 weeks and the rent quoted relates to the whole period and covers energy consumption (assumed normal regular usage). Days of moving in and moving out could also be discussed in person, in case the given dates are not sufficient for you. Best way to contact us is by mail or personal message.
