Wohnung in Sachsenhausen nah am Main am 01.06.2021 zu beziehen! Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist das Brückenviertel entfernt, bekannt natürlich dank den vielen Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten (natürlich erst bald wieder relevant). Dazu ist der Main direkt um die Ecke, ein Traum!

Die Wohnung (kalt 990€, warm 1130€, ohne Heizkosten) ist 70m² groß, besitzt eine feine, neue Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Platz für Esstisch und Couch mit Fernseher, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu großzügigem Balkon. Vom Balkon aus, auf dem sich wunderbar grillen lässt, kann man die Skyline sehen. Dazu besitzt die Wohnung einen kleinen Abstellraum im Dachgeschoss. Kleine Haustiere sind erlaubt!

Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (90€ zusätzlich zur Warmmiete), die aber nach Absprache mit Vermieter untervermietet werden kann. Dazu gibt es eine Staffelmiete, alle zwei Jahre wird die Miete um 7% erhöht (nächste Erhöhung im Dezember 2021 auf 1070€ kalt). Trotz dessen ist der Preis für die Lage, die Größe und die Ausstattung der Wohnung unabschlagbar.

Bei Interesse kann die Wohnung gerne besichtigt werden, online oder vor Ort natürlich unter Beachtung der Abstandsregeln und Mundschutz.
