We have a 3-room 50 m³ furnished apartment with a newly renovated bathroom (shower) and completely new, furnished kitchen. The apartment is available starting August 1st, 2019. Two bedrooms and one office or living room. Two rooms have two big windows. The third room has one big window. Very high ceilings!! The apartment is ideal for 2 adults.
Washer, dryer and w-lan are included. Utilities average 90€/Person per month. Electricity, water and heat are metered to insure exact charges.
There is sufficient parking available on the street, plus rentable parking places.
Food shopping at ALDI or REWE are both less than 5 minutes walking distance. The S5 train, buses, bike paths and open fields directly at the house. The train ride to Frankfurt City-center or bus ride to Riedberg each take around 15 min.
The house is free standing, in a quiet neighborhood. There are four apartments in house - all young people (internationals) - as well as the (older) house owners.
Everyone in the house speaks English and German. Everyone has international experience and can be helpful in getting "newcomers" connected in the area.
Wir haben eine möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung mit neu renoviertem Tageslichtbad (Dusche) und komplett neu-eingerichteter Küche. Die Wohnung ist ab 01.08.2019 frei. Die Zimmer haben die gleiche Größe. Zwei Zimmer können zum Schlafen, und einem als Arbeits- oder Wohnzimmer genutzt werden. Die Decken sind 3,20m hoch und knapp 15m² groß. Die Zimmer haben ein oder zwei große Fenster, die mit Rolladen versehen sind.
Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Die Nebenkosten werden mit 90 €/Person veranschlagt und enthalten Strom, Wasser, Heizung und w-lan.
ALDI und REWE sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der S5 Bahnhof und Busse sind in Sichtweite. Die Fahrt in die Stadt oder zum Riedberg mit ÖPNV dauert 15 min.
Das Haus steht frei und in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, die geeignet ist zum Joggen, Spazieren oder Fahrradfahren direkt vom Haus aus.
Das Haus hat 4 Wohnungen, die von ausländischen Studenten oder jungen Arbeitnehmern und von den (älteren) Eigentümern bewohnt ist.

Students, who only need a place for one or two semesters, or someone with a practicum in Frankfurt for just a couple months is also possible. Sometimes it can even work to our advantage to have short-termers, so feel free to ask.
