Hallo.
Da ich für ca. 4 Wochen zu meiner Tochter nach Berlin fahre, suche ich jemanden, der solange für 250€ in meiner vollmöbelierten 3 ZKB wohnen möchte. Er oder sie müsste sich aber zusätzlich um meine beiden Katzen kümmern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 7 Minuten vom Uni-Campus Westend entfernt, zur Alten Oper bzw. Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (PENNY, DM, REWE) befinden sich ca. 3 Minuten entfernt auf dem Grüneburgweg.
Zusätzlich zu den 250€ Miete würde ich eine Kaution von 500€ nehmen und einen Vertrag aufsetzen. Die Kaution würde am Ende zurückgezahlt werden, wenn alles in Ordnung ist und keine Schäden entstanden sind.
Der Rest kann dann beim Kennenlernen besprochen werden.
