I am moving into a new flat with my boyfriend on the 1st of June, when we are also going on vacation :-)
It all happened last week so now I am looking for a Nachmieter. Alternatively someone can move in for a few weeks (6 to 8 weeks) before I permanently rent the flat - I am flexible.
The flat is on the first floor, zwei Zimmer (bedroom + living room) 54 squared meters + balcony with approximately 5 squared meters.
It is well divided therefore very spacious. It is very nice for singles and couples. There is storage space for bikes (Fahrradabstellraum), an additional area to let your clothes dry and a garden for common use (Innenhof).
The kitchen includes a Washing machine, Fridge, Stove/oven
In the living room you will have a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs.
In the bedroom, bed and wardrobes.
The first visitation is taking place on Sunday, please send me a message with a brief introduction of yourself and I will get back to you. English or German is fine :)
