Deckenhöhe ca. 3,30m, Einbauschrank mit Vorhang im Flur, Küche mit Gasherd vorhanden (ohne Kühlschrank), eigener Kellerraum. Alle Räume gehen vom Flur ab.
Parkmöglichkeiten mit Bewohnerausweis gut. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah.
Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 1.430 Euro (inkl. Nebenkosten, zzgl. Strom).
Zu übernehmen sind u.a. Lampen, Jalousinen, Vorhangstangen, Spüle mit Schrank, Spülmaschine, Küchenoberschränke für insg. 500 Euro. Der Flur ist rot gestrichen und soll so übernommen werden (alle anderen Räume weiß).
