For 1.5 months, I'm looking for an intermediate tenant.

This bright, renovated and furnished old building apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and central location for a stay in Frankfurt.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200). The open-plan living and dining area offers enough space to work, eat and relax. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. A modern bathroom completes the living comfort.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cafés, some restaurants and shops of daily need. The nearest tram stop “schwarzwaldstrasse” is just a few steps away, and the S-Bahn and regional railway station Niederrad is within a 15-minute walk.

A neat, non-smoking person without pets is requested.

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, einige Restaurants sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle „schwarzwaldstrasse“ ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und die S-Bahn- und Regionalbahnstation Niederrad ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Gesucht wird eine ordentliche, nichtrauchende Person ohne Haustiere.
