Ich suche zum 1.02.2024 einen Untermieter für meine schöne Wohnung. Die Untermiete ist für ein halbes Jahr geplant, mit der Möglichkeit die Wohnung danach als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 65qm groß und hat bodentiefe Fenster.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und hell. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung liegt im Gallusviertel und man läuft circa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Galluswarte. Von dort ist man in einer Station am HBF und in drei Stationen mitten in der Innenstadt. Auch die Straßenbahn ist um die Ecke, die dich nach Niederrad oder zum Willy-Brand Platz bringt.
