Es handelt sich um eine 86 qm Wohnung mit eigenem Garten und riesiger Süd-Ost Terrasse, Kachelofen, Eckbadewanne und großer Wohnküche. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und sonnig, drumherum sind nur ein paar Häuser und ein Berggasthof. Wiese, Wald, Garten, alles was das Herz begehrt, wenn man es gerne idyllisch hat. Im Keller gibt es übrigens noch eine Sauna, Leitungswasser kommt aus dem Berg.
Der Bus fährt 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt, aber nur 8x am Tag und am WoE garnicht. Ein Auto ist somit von Vorteil, damit ist man in nur 10 min in Merzhausen/Vauban und in 15 min am Freiburger Hbf (15 km)
Einzer Wehmutstropfen: Internet. Das ist ganz mies langsam da oben, ISDN Geschwindigkeit. Zum Surfen reicht's, aber streamen is nicht... Leider. WLAN und LTE möchte die Vermieterin nicht, weil das Haus strahlungsfrei bleiben soll.
Haustiere nach Absprache möglich (Katzen eher als Hunde)
Auto unbedingt notwendig.
Bus fährt zwar 2 min entfernt, aber nur 8x am Tag, letzter Bus runter sowie hoch um 17:30. Wochenends fährt er garnicht.
