Wir suchen dringend für unsere 2-Zi-Wohnung in Freiburg-Brühl ab dem 1.12. einen (oder zwei) Nachmieter!!!
Die Wohnung hat 2 separate Zimmer mit je 12/13qm, eine Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank , kleiner Ofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden). Das Bad hat eine Dusche und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Besonders ist der sehr große Balkon, der von beiden Zimmern und der Küche begehbar ist.
Außerdem gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer, ein Kellerabteil und einen Stellplatz (für 35€/Monat, ist in der Miete enthalten.)
Die Warmmiete ist 635€, nicht enthalten sind Strom und Telefon/Internet.
Die Wohnung ist auch für zwei Personen/WG-geeignet, hat aber außer der Küche und dem Flur kein gemeinsames Zimmer, ist also daher eher für ein Paar oder Einzelperson geeignet.

Die Lage ist super: Bushaltestelle (Kaiserstuhlstraße Mitte) 200m entfernt (Buslinie 11), Straba-Haltestelle Rennweg 8min zu fuß, Bahnhof FR-Herdern 12 min zu fuß entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-12 min in der Stadt.
