Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Brühl in Freiburg in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie ist ca. 55 qm groß. Die beiden Zimmer ist ähnlich groß, so dass man hier auch gut als WG leben kann. Alle Räume haben große Fenster, wodurch es schön hell ist. Durch eine Terrassentür in der Küche kann man direkt in den Innenhof, der auch vom Haus mitgenutzt wird.zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein kleines Kellerabteil, das als Stauraum genutzt werden kann und eine Waschküche für eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Die Waschmaschine kann gegen eine Gebühr von 110 € übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uniklinik. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit dieser erreicht man die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
