Sie hat ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC mit kleinem Waschbecken. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer haben jeweils zwei Fenster und alle anderen Räume jeweils eins. Deshalb ist sie trotz der Hinterhoflage sehr hell und sonnig.
Der Durchgang vom Haupthaus zur Wohnung kann als Balkon genutzt werden.
Sie ist perfekt geeignet als Pärchenwohnung aber auch als Zweier-WG.
Es gibt außerdem ein Kellerabteil, sowie einen Fahrradabstellraum im Haupthaus.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Freiburg am Anfang der Kartäuserstraße.
Dadurch, dass sie sich im Hinterhaus befindet, bekommt man jedoch von Stadt- und Straßenlärm nichts mit.
Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in direkter Umgebung und innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Schlossberg ist ebenfalls in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Ich möchte mich etwas verkleinern und würde die Wohnung gerne gegen eine relativ zentrale 1-2 Zimmer Wohnung (min 30qm) mit Balkon tauschen.
