Es befindet sich in der Nähe der Alten Messe (ZO) und es eignet sich für Paare oder Freunde, da es einen guten Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Lebensmitteleinkauf hat. Die Wohnung wird von 3 Personen geteilt und im Moment sind zwei Zimmer von drei für den Zeitraum verfügbar und eines der Zimmer kann bis Ende Juli verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung ist teilweise möbliert. Die Küche ist mit einem Backofen, einem Geschirrspüler und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es hat seine eigene Waschmaschine in der Waschküche. Der Balkon hat eine gute Aussicht und kann auch im Winter genutzt werden. Im Hof ist Grillen für alle möglich und es gibt auch einen Parkplatz für Fahrräder.

This is a two-room available for 2 people from 1st of December to 31th of January. it is located near Alter Messe (ZO) and it suits couples or friends since it has good access to public transport and grocery shopping. The apartment is shared between 3 people and right now two rooms of three are available for the period and one of the rooms can be extended to the end of July.
The apartment is partially furnished. It has equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It has its own washing machine in the laundry. The balcony has a good view and it can be used in winter. In the yard, barbeque is possible for everyone and there is a parking place for bikes also.
