Die Maisonettewohnung befindet sich in Dachgeschoß und besteht aus 3 Zimmern und 2 Mansarden, sowie Diele, Küche, Tageslichtbad und separatem WC.
Bisher wurde die Wohnung von 2 Mieterinnen bewohnt wobei jede ein Zimmer und eine Mansarde zur persönlichen Nutzung hat und das große Zimmer mit Balkon sowie Küche, Bad und WC zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.
Weil eine Mieterin weiterhin in der Wohnung bleibt, bitte ich darum sich mit ihr bei Interesse für eine Besichtigung direkt in Verbindung zu setzen.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gesuchten ruhigen Villengegend in Freiburg-Günterstal. Die Endhaltestelle der Straßenbahn ist zu Fuß in ca. 8 min. erreichbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung im Haus ist auf dem Foto rot umrandet. Das persönliche Zimmer ist auf dem Wohnungsgrundriß rot umrandet und die Mansarde liegt darüber.
