Das schönste an der Wohnung ist die 5qm große SW-Dachterasse die für ein richtiges Urlaubsgefühl sorgt ;)
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles nötige und ist gut in Schuss. Z.Zt. wohnen wir hier noch als 2er WG, ziehen aber aus Freiburg raus und suchen deshalb ab 1.10. erstmal längerfristige Untermieter, die evtl. die Wohnung dann auf Dauer auch ganz übernehmen wollen. An Single, Pärchen, oder wieder als 2er WG.
Der Haierweg ist in einem netten, ruhigen, spießigen Wohngebiet, 30er Zone, Supermärkte sind 3 min. zu Fuß oder 1 min. mit Fahrrad entfernt.
W-Lan und Tel. sind genauso vorhanden wie Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, deren Übernahme kein Problem wär. Die Spülmaschine gehört sogar zur Wohnung. Ach ja, auch nicht ganz unwichtig: netter Vermieter und keine schlimmen Nachbarn.
