Ich suche Nachmieter für meine 2,5 Zimmerwohnung an der Grenze von Stühlinger und Haslach. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, hat zwei gleichgroße Zimmer und ein kleines drittes Zimmer ohne Tür, das ich als Ess/Wohnzimmer nutzte. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Küchenzeile im Flur. Miete ist 700,00€ warm (inkl.Strom, Wasser, Müll), Musiker sind willkommen, Haustiere nicht erlaubt und Raucher nicht erwünscht. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradkeller, sowie ein kleines Kellerabteil. Waschmaschine + Trockner stehen im Keller, Waschmarken sind beim Hausmeister für 3€/Stück zu erwerben.

Frei ab sofort.
Grenze Haslach und Stühlinger, gegenüber von der Breisgaumilch. Bushaltestelle ca. 2, Hauptbahnhof 10, Uni 15, Innenstadt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles auch gut mit dem Fahrrad zu machen (nahe an der Dreisam), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Bäcker, Edeka, Penny, Lagerverkauf der Breisgaumilch), Kultur um die Ecke (E-Werk, Jazz-und Rockschule, Schmitz Katze...)
