Wir suchen zum 15.09.12 einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3 Zi. Whg in Hochdorf. Die Whg hat 80m2, EBK, BLK, TG, Keller, Gäste WC, Fahradkeller und ist auch WG-geeignet (Es gibt zwei gleich große Zimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer).
Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre und es sind ca. 20min in die Stadtmitte. Weiter hatten wir nie Probleme mit Nachbarn. Die Wohnung hat sehr dicke Wände und ist nicht hellhörig. Der nächste Supermarkt, Bäcker, Voba und Sparkasse sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt auch ein Schwimmbad ist nur ca. 5 Minuten weit weg!
Die Verwaltunggesellschaft BVG welche die Wohnung vermietet verlangt allerdings ein Nettoeinkommen in 3 facher Höhe der Miete d.h. 2400 Euro netto. Es können allerdings auch die Eltern mit in den Mietvertrag. In der Gesamtmiete sind ALLE Kosten enthalten d.h. incl. Nebenkosten, Stellplatz und Strom!
