Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Landwasser, eine Hochhaussiedlung im Baustil der 60er und 70er Jahre. Sie befindet sich im 14.Stock eines solchen Hochhauses und man hat einen dementsprechend tollen Ausblick. Die Straßenbahnlinie 1 ist in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, man braucht ca. 12min zum Hauptbahnhof/Innenstadt, außerdem fährt direkt vor dem Haus noch die Breisgau S-Bahn, die nur 6min braucht. Alle Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs lassen sich auch im EKZ-Landwasser mit zwei Discountern, Post, Apotheke etc. erledigen. Sehr guter Autobahnanschluss.
