Hallo,
wir suchen einen oder zwei Mitbewohnerin für eine kleine ruhige 3-Zimmer Wohnung im Stühlinger in der Nähe der Brennnessel. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15.4. frei und je nachdem wie schnell wir uns mit dem Vermieter einigen können kann sie dann sofort bezogen werden.
Zunächst zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, hat ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne, eine Küche (mit Gasherd aber ohne Sitzmöglichkeit), ein größeres Wohn- Esszimmer und zwei separate kleinere Zimmer. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ca. 43m2 mit viel Dachschräge. Die Wohnung kostet warm ca. 500 Euro, hinzukommen Strom, Gas und Müll.
Ich werde morgen noch ein paar Fotos einstellen und wir können auch sehr kurzfristig einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
