Hallo, da meine Freundin und ich zusammen ziehen, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer schönen 2-3-Zimmer-Wohnung, möglichst zentral, bzw in bahnhofsnähe, am besten mit Balkon bis zu 1000€. Als tauschobjekt biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Altstadt (Wilhelmstraße), die perfekt für eine Person ist. Es ist ein kleiner Flur dabei, ein schönes Bad und eine separate Küche (mit Tür) und das Zimmer ist angenehm groß, also es stehen ein eck-Sofa, ein 1,60-Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal und Kommode, bzw Schrank und ein Fernsehtisch mit Fernseher darauf drin und es wirkt nicht voll gestopft.
Bitte nur Tauschangebote, andere Anfragen zur Wohnung werden nicht beantwortet!!!!!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Wilhelmstraße, also in der Altstadt von Freiburg und somit sind auch alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Feiern, Wegfahren (sowohl Bahn als auch Auto), etc... perfekt gegeben.
