Hallo, wir suchen nette Menschen, gerne auch eine kleine Familie, die mit uns in unserem 100 Jahre alten Haus in Kappel wohnen möchten. Es ist eine komplett abgetrennte Wohnung mit eigener Haustür und Aufgang in die 1. Etage. Die Wohnung ist 105m2 groß und hat 4 Zimmer, wobei drei Zimmer Durchgangszimmer sind, ein Holzofen im größten Wohnraum und ein sonniger Balkon gehören dazu. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 880E. Als Einzugsdatum ist der 1.06.2019 angedacht. Es gibt Stellplatz für Fahrräder und ein Kellerraum kann mitbenutzt werden. Vor dem Haus, ruhig gelegen in der Kleintalstrasse, fließt ein Bach entlang und es liegt idyllisch im Tal. Wir freuen uns auf eine Kontaktaufnahme und ein Kennenlernen. Lisa und Mathias
