wir vermieten unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (86qm) in Merzhausen (Hexentalstraße) ab 01.01.2024 (auch etwas später ist möglich). Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, hat eine große Terrasse, einen Kellerraum und bei Bedarf einen Stellplatz in der Garage (zusätzlich anzumieten).
Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert. Eine vollständig ausgestattete EBK wird am 27.12. eingebaut und soll dann von den Mieter*innen für ca. 400€ abgekauft werden.
In ca. 2,5 Jahren wollen wir selbst einziehen, weshalb wir den Mietvertrag von vornherein bis Mitte 2026 befristen.
Die Wohnung ist innen frisch renoviert.
Kosten für die Wohnung sind KM 1.120€ + NK ca. 300€, Kaution sind 3.000€.
