Die Wohnungsanlage ist vor wenigen Monaten fertiggestellt worden, mit Grünfläche und Fahrradstellplätzen und Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung selber befindet sich im 5. OG mit Blick auf den Schlossberg und Herdern. Sie ist WG-tauglich und möbliert mit Einbauküche (Spülmaschine, Ofen etc.), Fußbodenheizung, Abstellraum, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Balkon und einem Waschraum. Die beiden Zimmer sind je ca. 11 qm groß mit einem gemeinsam Essbreich, Küche und großem Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Deutschordenstraße im Stadtteil Neuburg, 5 min zu Fuß vom Europaplatz sowie vom Stadtgarten, mit Sicht auf den Schloßberg. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es circa 5 min zur Uni. Im nahen Umkreis der Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche, ausgezeichnete Pizzerien und andere Restaurants, sowie Bäcker und Supermärkte.
Nachdem ich ca. 3 Monate in der Wohnung gewohnt habe, werde ich ab September für ein Jahr mit Erasmus im Ausland studieren und suche für diese Zeit einen Zwischenmieter*in.
