Wir suchen ab sofort einen Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmerwohnug in der Oberau. Die Innenstadt und die Ph sind in 5-10 min. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Einkaufszentrum ZO ist 2 min. entfernt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und über ein Bad mit Wanne und Tageslicht. In der Küche ist Platz für einen Esstisch. Spüle und Küchenschrank können übernommen werden.
Wir haben 480 € Warmmiete bezahlt, es kann aber sein, dass sie etwas erhöht wird. Die Vermieter möchten leider keine WG.
