Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, eine große Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Sie ist sehr hell, hat einen riesigen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung liegt im Süden Freiburgs im ruhigen St. Georgen, nur 5 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Der Bus fährt alle 10 min in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 Min im Zentrum.
In 8 min ist man in den Weinbergen oder auf den Feldern.
Statt der von mir gezahlten Monatsmiete von 900 EUR warm verlange nur insgesamt 750 EUR, wenn dafür meine Zimmer- und Balkonpflanzen mitversorgt werden :-)
Ich bin im April verreist und kann die Wohnung nur in dem befristeten Zeitraum vermieten. Früher kommen oder verlängern ist nicht möglich.
